Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Important Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Products with removed tags or security devices
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Return or Exchange

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.

Securely package your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

International Returns

As we serve outdoor enthusiasts globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas), international customers are responsible for:
