We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Products with removed tags or security devices
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Personalized or custom-made products
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be in original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
How to Return or Exchange an Item

2Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
3Package Your Items
Securely package your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
4Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll process your refund. You should see the refund in your account within:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Refund Method
